Software development company which has developed and deployed a range of customised software solutions requires an analytical, detail orientated and results-driven BA to collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders

 

Purpose of role: 

  • To complete, thorough analysis of Clients requirements, whether a newly developed application is required or customisation of existing solutions.

 

Experience Required:

  • University Degree/BTech Diploma plus IIBA certification – advantageous
  • Knowledge of BABOK® Guide, and business and system analysis frameworks and best practices
  • Requirements workshops/interviews/observation and using applicable analysis techniques
  • Knowledge of technology structures: network, database, server, client, API, application architecture
  • Ability to model processes using various notation (Use Cases, Activity Diagrams, Business Process Modelling Notation, Workflows, Flow Charts, Swimlanes etc)
  • 3 – 5 Years in a similar role
  • Own transport and ability to undertake National and International travel
