In the role of Technical Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for taking ownership of the in house developed product ensuring all customer problems are resolved within tight SLAs.


Purpose of role:

  • Takes ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution
  • Creates, tests and maintains the software
  • Provides prompt and accurate feedback to customers
  • Provides remote training to customers
  • Prepares accurate and timely reports
  • Generates and provides reports as per client requests
  • Queries the SQL database to resolve queries
  • Troubleshooting day-to-day technical queries
  • Creates specific customer and technical support videos
  • Documents knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles


Experience Required:

  • BSC degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
  • 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Proven working experience in enterprise technical support
  • SQL database administration, utilities and scripting skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
